The Department of Chemical Engineering, IIT Bombay is organising the Outreach Symposium on Molecular Simulations: Advances & Applications (MSAAP) at VMCC, IIT Bombay, on 2nd & 3rd June 2023. The symposium is open to all engineering and science research groups working in the area of molecular simulations. The event features invited lectures from both academicians and industry practitioners, and students' poster presentations. The key purpose of the symposium is to highlight the recent advances in the domain and encourage cross-disciplinary research. We cordially invite you to participate in the symposium.
About Us:
The Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Bombay was started in 1958. Today the department is recognized as a leading department in India, primarily because of its strong academic programs, large faculty strength, and diverse research areas. The department has built up good experimental and computational facilities through funding from the Ministry of Education and research projects from government agencies and industry. The Department has a good association with industry and provides service through consulting projects and continuing education courses in many areas.
