Validity of H theorem for color gradient lattice Boltzmann model

Entropic lattice Boltzmann models are known for their stability in complex flow situations. In this project, the aim is to extend the color-gradient multi-phase flow model to entropic ones. The extension requires careful analysis of the segregation operation that distinguishes between the immiscible fluid phases. In particular, the validity of Boltzmann's H theorem will be analyzed when two different collision operators are coupled. The project requires significant c++/python coding.
