Understanding how various components of a cell come together to interact, and result in a functioning unit called cell is a fundamental challenge of biology. In recent years, several high throughput experiments with bacteria, yeast, and human cell lines have reported how proteins interact. In this project, we will study the logic of protein-protein interaction maps in yeast, and how these interactions can be used to design therapeutic interventions.
