Diffuse interface models have been successfully used in mult-phase systems where the solid phase is stationary. However, for moving solid boundaries these models break the principle of Galilean invariance. The aim here is to introduce an additional phase-indicator parameter that characterizes the solid phase. We will explore options to introduce this parameter and verify the sharp interface limit of the wetting boundary condition at the fluid-fluid-solid triple junction. The model will be tested with lattice Boltzmann method.
