In May 2017 I joined M-Lab as an intern. Our aim was to understand the role of stiffness (loss modulus) on hMSC morphology, attachment to the substrate and its migration behaviour. I was trained the techniques, microscopy and de-adhesion assay with Pallavii Shirke and Vardhaman Kumar.
