Shruti S Iyer

I joined the lab in June 2019 as a project staff and then became a PhD student starting from January 2020. I worked in collaboration with Pankaj (a senior PhD student) wherein we cultured Mesenchymal Stem Cells on different extracellular matrix substrates with an aim to identify which of them is the most effective in maintaining growth and stemness of the cells in a long-term culture.
