- Process modeling and simulation – thermodynamic, kinetic, steady state, dynamic modeling, sensitivity analysis
- Chemical Looping Processes – process modeling and simulation, techno-economic analysis for chemical looping combustion (CLC), chemical looping water splitting (CLWS), chemical looping reforming (CLR)
- Polygeneration processes for CO2 capture, storage and utilization – conceptual process development, modeling & simulation, feasibility studies
- Process control – formulating control strategies, developing control logic, ML based soft sensing
