Stochasticity during cell-death
This project will involve modeling stochasticity in apoptosis outcome due to the ubiquitous cytokine Tumor necrosis factor alpha. The stochastic simulations will be conducted on the recently developed experimental data driven deterministic kinetic model of the underlying biochemical reactions.
