Catalyst development for CO2 hydrogenation to chemicals

The aim of the project is to develop new catalysts for one-step conversion of carbon dioxide to valuable aromatics such as xylene, that can lead to major technological advances towards achieving a sustainable circular carbon economy.

The work is experimental and involves synthesis, characterization, and reaction testing of novel nano-structured catalysts in CO2 conversion.
