Abstract:
Deep learning has been a big buzzword in recent times. The space of deep learning has been witnessing significant transformations. At one point, deep networks were in prominence. Recently, deep operator networks are gaining much interest in the research community due to their generalization ability. In this context, the talk will mainly focus on two examples, (1) data-driven reinforcement learning using deep neural nets and (ii) process monitoring using deep operator networks.

Hariprasad Kodamana is an associate professor in the Dept of Chemical Engineering, IIT Delhi. He is also a joint faculty in the Yardi School of Artificial Intelligence, IIT Delhi. His research interests include Machine learning, Optimization, Graphs, Predictive control, process monitoring, and sustainable systems.
