Research Interests: Mechanism of formation of nanoparticles and other complex nanostructures.
Thesis abstract: Nanoparticles are synthesized in different ways for different purposes. Broadly they can be
classified into bulk-synthesis and synthesis in a confined geometry. Nanoparticles can be
synthesized in different shape and morphologies depending upon the application by varying the
synthesis protocol. In the present research, we try to find the proper mechanism for those
processes and make suitable numerical models and unify them under one universal model.
