Thesis Abstract : Mesoporous materials are having pore size of 2 -50 nm ,which has attracted
attention in the recent years due to its excellent properties such as high specific surface
area, ordered structure, thermal stability etc. The present work focuses on synthesize of
nanoparticles in porous matrix with ordered structure by insitu and post synthesis process.
The properties obtained from the composites can be used for applications like sensors,
adsorbents etc.
