Model Predictive Control of Harvester Combine

The problem involves using an existing high-fidelity model of a harvester combine to control tracking of the header using model predictive control. The work will involve identification of data-driven models for the harvester system and use these in MPC. The main challenge is that the ground which the header of the combine tracks in uneven and eventually this disrupts its operation. This is an industrial project in association with John Deere. The ideal candidate should have a liking for coding (Python or Matlab)
