Deep Learning Methods for Biomarker discovery from proteomic and metabolomic data

Proteins and Metabolites are new set of biomarkers that can predict the state of human health or the state of disease, Diabetes is a good example for the same where it is highly affected by Metabolic concentrations. During the project, various Machine Learning and Deep learning methods for feature selection and extraction will be carried out to discover a set of 4-5 Biomarkers from hundreds of metabolic or proteomic features to predict the state of disease with optimum accuracy.
