Mass TransferGuidelines for poster presentations:
The poster-stands, which are available, can be used on both the sides. As the number of stands is limited, two students have to share a stand with each having his/her poster on one side of the stand. The cost of printing will be borne by the department. You are needed to send only soft copy of the poster prepared in power point or coral draw. For making poster, following guidelines should be followed:
- Paper title, Name of the presenter and supervisor name MUST appear at the top of the poster.
- The size of the poster including margins is 4 ft (height) x 3 ft (width). There should be a margin of one inch on all the four sides.
Guidelines for Oral presentations:
For oral presentation, each speaker has an upper time limit of STRICTLY 15-20 minutes. So make sure you have right number of slides (not more than 20). Further each presentation should include the title of his/her research topic, the name of the supervisor (s) followed by the research work.
