Hybridization Chamber

Hybridization Chamber.JPG

Thermomixer comfort mixes circular mode (orbital) with a diameter of 3 mm.and the mixing frequency of about 1,400 rpm during hybridization. But depending on the application and type of microarray, the speed can be changed. The heating platform has a high-quality temperature sensor that is kept in contact with the thermoblock. In general, the minimum temperature that can be set is 13°C below the respective ambient temperature.

Refrigerated centrifuge and microcentrifuge

refrigerated centrifuge_eppendorf.jpg

A laboratory centrifuges work on the sedimentation principle, where the centripetal acceleration is used to separate substances of greater and lesser density. The rate of the centrifugation is calculated by the acceleration applied to the sample and it is typically measured in revolution per minute (RPM) or relative centrifugal force (RCF). The particle's settling velocity during centrifugation depends on the function of their size and shape, centrifugal acceleration, the volume fraction of solids present, the density difference between the particle and the liquid, and the viscosity.  read more »

Rotary Incubator Shaker

Rotary Incubator Shaker.jpg
Rotary Incubator shaker provides the suitable environment to grow microbial cells in flasks. It gives the optimal mixing and ambient temperature to grow microbial cells. The system can be operated from 50 to 250 RPM and the temperature can be maintained from 10°c to 60°c. It affords the Rotary swirling motion and illumination light facility to support the growth of organism. This instrument is widely used in bio-research labs.

Table top refrigerated centrifuge

Rota_4R-VFM_plasto crafts.jpg

Refrigerated centrifuge works on the concept of sedimentation principle by holding up the sample tubes with a capacity of 2ml, 10ml and 50ml in rotation around a fixed axis. In this, the centripetal force causes the denser substances to separate out along the radial direction in the bottom of the centrifuge tube. The rate of the centrifugation is calculated by the acceleration applied to the sample and it is typically measured in revolution per minute (RPM) or relative centrifugal force (RCF).  read more »
