Prof T.S. Raghunathan, retired faculty from Chemical engineering, passed away of a sudden cause on 31 March 2011, in Pune.

Prof Raghunathan retired from the services of the Institute in 2006. A widely respected teacher, he has a great many admirers among the alumni. He continued to be active after retirement as a consultant to industries. We hope that his family finds the strength to bear this tragedy.
